Terms and Conditions
By placing an order you agree that it may take up to 7 business days to ship your ready to ship order. This does not include the day the order is placed, weekends, or holidays. Ready to ship items are products that are currently in stock. Made to order/preorder products have different processing times, so please pay attention to each individual listings/restock announcements for turn around time.
Any orders containing ready to ship (RTS) and made to order/preorder items will ship when the preorder items are complete. I will let you know well in advance if there will be any delays.
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking to the mailing address provided at check out. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail on file once your order is complete.
I charge weight based shipping. Please keep in mind that my shipping quotes include handling/packaging supply costs.

If your order fits into a smaller box I will refund overages at the time of shipping.
If orders are placed within 24 hours I will combine shipping. Refunds will be processed at the time of shipping. Please note that you may only receive a partial refund if your second order bumps you into a different shipping class.
During the warmer months (May-September). I will only be shipping on Monday-Wednesday.
I do not ship internationally at this time, but hopefully it will change in the future.
I offer local pick up to anyone in the Capital Region. I am based in Saratoga Springs, NY. Please use code "LOCAL" when checking out.
Due to the nature of the products and subjective personal scent preference, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
Some body products containing fragrance oil with vanillin will turn brown. This does not affect the product and is still safe to use.
Wax may soften in transit and melt if left outside in hot weather for long periods of time.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES are not accepted.
If your package has been damaged in transit, please let me know so an insurance claim can be made.
