When can I order? The shop is open every day unless I do not have any inventory on hand. I restock every 4-6 weeks.

When will you restock? All restock announcements will be posted on the main page or on my social media accounts. Be sure to follow our Instagram @gioandturnerFacebook page, or visit the restock updates linked below for product pictures, scent lists, sales/coupons or giveaways. 

What is a wax melt? It is a wickless candle that releases fragrance when it is warmed. I personally use ceramic tea light warmers or hot plates to melt my wax.

How long does your wax melt last? This depends on the method of warming. A hotter warmer will produce a stronger fragrance, but the scent will dissipate sooner. A cooler warmer will produce a less intense, but longer lasting scent.

How much wax should I use? I recommend using 0.25 to 0.5 ounce of wax per warmer dish.

What is your wax melt made of? It is a proprietary blend of paraffin and soy.

What is the cure time for your wax? Due to the soy in the wax I recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before melting. 

Why am I being charged tax? Anyone who is ordering from the state of New York will be charged tax. 

Do you combine orders? I will combine your orders if the name and address match and they are placed within 24 hours of each other. Shipping will be refunded at the time of shipping. Please note that combining orders may bump you into a higher shipping bracket.

Do you offer local pickup? I offer local pick up for anyone in the Upstate NY area (Saratoga Springs, NY/Albany, NY area). Please use the code "LOCAL" when checking out to defer shipping costs. I will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. 

Do you test on animals? Gio & Turner does not test on animals. Our ingredients are sourced from suppliers that are also cruelty-free. All products are considered vegan, including the scrubs! Sugar is bone char free.

Why is my body product turning brown? Certain fragrance oils contain vanillin, which causes body products to turn brown. This does NOT affect the product at all and is safe to use! 

How long will my products last? Every label will have an image with how long your product is good for. Shelf life of most products are 12 months. Be sure to store all your products in a cool, dark and dry place along with avoiding getting water into the products. 

Is there a cart hold? There is no cart hold, but once you reach check out your items will be held for 5 minutes. This will allow you time to input payment and delivery information. If you leave the cart/webpage your items are no longer held. 

Do you accept refunds? Due to the nature of the products and subjective personal scent preference, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Do you offer customs? At this time I only offer custom blended wax melts. You can view what's available under Home Fragrance/Wax Melts. 

Do you accept wholesale orders? Yes, please contact me and I will send you a wholesale line sheet for items available.

I am not responsible for your package once it leaves my hands. All lost, damaged, or stolen items will not be refunded or replaced unless there was insurance on the package and USPS has been contacted.
